Telford & Wrekin Council is making investments in building its digital presence, and Bronze Labs has now delivered the first results in that part of the partnership — a mobile application to enable members of the public to register and create live tasks for the attention of council services.
Effective Use of Council Resources
Bronze Labs built the cross-mobile application for iPhone, Android and Windows Mobile devices — along with a set of reusable back-end enterprise system services for content management, customer accounts and real-time seamless integration with the councils Microsoft Dynamics CRM data management systems.
Bronze Labs delivered everything, on time, in just fifteen weeks; enabling Telford & Wrekin to keep a strategic commitment to launch a new digital channel in time for the winter period. With the new service layer and the internal knowledge gained from the initial deployment, the authority can launch additional data driven services with confidence and speed.
